Party Terms & Conditions:
· Parents or Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of children and other guests in their care and must maintain supervision at all times
· Party bookings are TWO HOURS - Please be ready to vacate the room at the end of your session
· It is your responsibility to ensure children attending your party play safely
· Always challenge unruly or dangerous behaviour
· Guidelines on the safe use of inflatable equipment is based on children’s’ height not age and is as follows:
- Height up to 1.0m - no more than 10 children
- Height up to 1.25m - no more than 9 children
- Height up to 1.5m - no more than 8 children
Party organisers MUST supervise Children that use inflatable equipment to ensure these guidelines are followed and children play safely.
· Sharp objects must be removed from Children’s pockets and badges and jewellery left with a responsible adult. This includes spectacles unless worn with a retainer and shatterproof lenses.
· Shoes should be removed and socks must be worn at all times
· No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken on to the inflatable, mats, soft play or fun box
· Any food that falls on the floor must be cleaned up as soon as possible
· Please report all accidents to a member of staff to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence.
· Any damage either accidental or deliberately must be reported to a member of staff
· Parents or Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the soft play facility, the Trust will not be held responsible for accidents
